16 Dec Career day at Agricultural University of Tirana
On December 13th, 2019, at the Agricultural University of Tirana (UBT) was held an open meeting organized by the Career and Alumni Office. The participants were the students that will be graduated on the academic year 2019-2020. The aim of the meeting was to present to them the employment opportunities and manuals how to apply for a job.
In his address, the Director of the Carriers Office and Alumni, Mr. Shpresim Domi, part of the GRADUA project staff, among others informed the students about the Gradua project and the importance of registering on the platform. He listed the GRADUA platform as an opportunity not only for employment but also for internships. In this regard, he invited students to enroll on the platform, but not only, and to be vigilant in pursuing any employment or internship opportunities offered by companies registered on this platform. He informed the students that through the GRADUA platform, one of the students from AUT was chosen from the platforme to do his internship in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and stressed that he is working to provide employment opportunities with companies that AUT has cooperation agreements.
In this meeting was invited Mr. Sokol Avxhiu, representative of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation “Risi Albania”, one of the agencies that participated in many meetings held in the framework of the GRADUA project, focused on career development, made important elements of simulation in a job interview. and other issues in this regard.
